Web design
A website people
understand and trust.
Your website is like an online CV for your brand and business. A good website should make people understand you quickly, trust you faster and know exactly why to become a client.
More than a place to be found. A reason to choose you.
People might hear about you somewhere else, but your website is often where they decide if you are right for them.
It needs to show what you do, who you help and how to take the next step, without making anyone work for the answer.

The signs
Is it time for a new website?
Your site no longer reflects the quality of your business.
It feels dated or difficult to update.
People visit but do not enquire.
People leave before engaging with what you offer.
Your services or your brand have changed, but your site has not.
You are relying only on social media.

Website questions, answered.
How much does a website cost in the UK?
It depends on the number of pages, the content, the design work and any special features your business needs. Hosting and ongoing support may be separate costs. Tell us what you need and we can recommend a scope and give you a quote before work begins.
How long does it take to build a website?
A focused site and a larger site with more pages and features will have very different timelines. Content, feedback and approvals also affect the schedule. Once we understand the project, we can agree a realistic plan together.
Can I update my website myself after launch?
That depends on how the site is built and what you need to change. If you want to edit pages, images or news yourself, tell us at the start so the right approach can be included in the plan. We can also discuss ongoing help if you would rather leave updates to us.
Will my website work on mobile phones and tablets?
Yes. Responsive design is part of the service: we design for different screen sizes so your content and calls to action remain clear and usable on phones, tablets and desktops.
Will my new website appear on Google?
We can build a clear, accessible site structure and discuss the pages and questions your customers actually need. Being found also depends on content, competition and ongoing work, so no web designer can promise a particular ranking. If you'd like to go further, we can talk through the options.
Do I own my website and domain?
Ownership and access should be clear before a project begins. We will discuss your domain, hosting, design files and any third-party subscriptions in the proposal so you know what you control and what, if anything, has an ongoing cost.
What happens after my website goes live?
A website still needs attention after launch, from content changes to hosting and maintenance. We can talk through what you want to manage yourself and what support you would like us to provide, then make those responsibilities clear before the site goes live.
